Gratitude and Teamwork!

What a beautiful Spring!  Last year at this time I was just starting this endeavor to help families buy and sell their homes.  To take on their stresses and make life transitions as great as they can be.  What a journey!

I’ve been so fortunate to help numerous families thus far, and the sign above is growing more common every month.   Helping buy and sell from Canby to Redwood to Morgan…distance is no problem.  I am so grateful for those who have entrusted me and continue to do so.  I’m grateful for those who have supported me, mentored me, and assisted me.  Re/Max Realty Plus has been an outstanding choice and our team approach has truly benefited all of our clients.

Every deal is a learning experience and one thing I’m learning is the value of great realtors working together, willing to do whatever it takes for their clients.  This past sale involved myself and Cindy Schablin of Minnesota Lands and Homes.  As can happen, a few snags came up down the home stretch.  Together, we navigated the twists and turns for our clients and were able to make  a veteran happy while at the same time I was working with Bender Realty in Detroit Lakes to coordinate a smooth transaction for my seller into her new home there.  THREE different companies, ONE GOAL, THREE HAPPY FAMILIES!

I am so excited to share some previews with you this week of a few more homes where I expect that For Sale sign to match the one above very soon.  But this post isn’t about that…this post is all about my opportunity to say THANK YOU.

Preparation is the name of the game!  Whether you’re planning on selling in the next couple months, year, or years away, preparation is the key to bringing in buyers and getting top dollar for your home!!
